Do not trust your emotional well-being to this company. They have no concern for patients. They changed my appointment from in-person to virtual, WITHOUT TELLING ME. They required me to send very personal medical and psychological history information via email (very unsecured, regular email, surely this is a HIPAA violation...). They gave me incorrect paperwork to complete. They lost my paperwork twice. Each time, very rudely threatening to cancel my appointment (that took many weeks to get) if I didn't resubmit my paperwork. Each time I resubmitted and then they "found" my prior submission. Then

I usually don't post this extremely private information by reviewing certain healthcare places, but metropolitan has given me back my ability to live a happier life! I actually saw both Dr Jimenez and then Dr Hirsch because he handles the specialty meds that have kept me opiate free six years straight. Dr Jimenez was very helpful and educated me before helping me get seen the same day with Dr Hirsch who was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding addiction treatment. The front office is also amazing here and that is somewhat rare these days.

Im a therapist myself so when I needed someone to help some family members get through a rough ordeal I was very picky about the practice I chose. We never had an issue with scheduling and from the beginning everything was handle up to my own standards.

Dr.Hirsch is so understanding and helpful in many ways. He loves to figure out the problem, talk about issues and it feels as if he really cares. Mental health is so important and having a good doctor is half the battle. Im lucky I found a doctor that can actually help me with bettering my health.

Dr.Hirsh is amazing , However the office staff messed up last month on my appointment therefore i was only confused on my fill date this month. I was told by my pharmacy a date and then that day came it was wrong which i have proof of and now they told me to switch pharmacies .The staff lied and said the doctor spoke to them when it was his office staff and now they are refusing to allow me to speak to my doctor when i just got out of the hospital and i am not supposed to have any stress. They are telling me i have to wait until my next appointment which is 1 month from now. They are not properly

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I would. Luckily Im not in need of help & didnt actually need therapy because this place is AWFUL. Canceled my session 3 times before seeing me and then when I ask for proof that I seen a doctor NO ONE can provide it for me. Ive been told multiple times over the past 2 months I would receive something showing I seen someone and yet have gotten anything. You people should be CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD
