Our rigorous college-preparatory curriculum includes 18 Advanced Placement courses, Dual Enrollment credits, and AP Capstone programs. Boarding education
Our 5-day and 7-day boarding programs offer a structured, college-like environment fostering independence and responsibility. Aviation training
Students earn private pilot licenses through hands-on flight training at Albert Whitted Airport. The program includes classroom instruction, simulator practice, and real-world flight experience, preparing students for careers in aviation or aerospace engineering while meeting FAA certification standards.
Marine science
Our waterfront campus enables marine science students to conduct field research, operate submersibles, and study marine ecosystems. Small Private school environment a community of love education, Sports, A lot of Pre college Education available and activity. Parenting groups and staff are a village with the kids. It's a Family affair.

Sent my daughter here as a boarder 20 years ago, as a rising 10th grader. Before attending she was an underachiever at a private Catholic school in South Florida getting mostly Cs. This school gave her the incentive and skills to step it up and become a leader in and out of the classroom. She got accepted into the University of Florida, and now is employed in a great company in Atlanta, making great decisions for her firm, and earning a nice 6 figure salary with all the perks. I can HONESTLY say, this school was the beginning of greatness for my daughter. It taught her how to succeed for College

We have 3 Daughters at Farragut, its an amazing institution. AFA has state of the art facilities with great technological systems. The academics and college prep aspect here are phenomenal but above all the academy helps these young men and women build self confidence. Any child after 2 years at Farragut can walk up to any adult and look them straight in the eye and shake their hands. This firm foundation of being able to show respect, integrity and high self esteem is embodied in the military values taught to our children here. The military teaches our kids to respect and honor every individual

As a proud 99 AFA graduate, I would give my entire high school experience here 10 stars if I could. Nothing could have better prepared me for life than the training and education I received here. The friendships I had developed during my time here, as well as those I made afterwards through our alumni networks are invaluable. If youre looking for an elite college preparatory experience - you need not look any further.

I couldn't imagine my kids going to another school. In public school my oldest daughter got in trouble all of the time for talking because she was bored. She was already reading in Kindergarten so the teachers didn't know what to do with her, they had other kids they had to get to pass a state mandated test. Once we came to Farragut in 1st grade, the curriculum was challenging and engaging. She still got in trouble for talking, but it was quickly handled by the teacher and us. Now (10th grade) she is a straight A student, on the volleyball, wrestling, and softball team, in book and poetry club

Great teachers with an amazing sports program. The students learn about accountability, perseverance, diversity, and collaboration. The school helps the students become self-reliant and independent so they will be ready for college and life. My kids are making friends and are enjoying their time at AFA.
