We will attempt to contract with other smaller plans, however, unfortunately at this time Humana will not open their panel to us. Please bring your insurance ID card to every visit. We also require that you verify your address (it needs to be the same as the one your insurance uses).
If you do not bring your card or update your address that is your choice, but rather than spending hours tracking down the correct numbers, you will be held responsible for the full amount.If you are not convinced of the need for insurance and have opted for a healthshare of some sort, then we can still see you for cash and you can request a statement to submit for reimbursement.
