Who we are - Sparrowood Jewelers opened in 1989 with the dream of creating a customer oriented jewelry shopping and repair business. Too often customers have been sold to, rather than listened to, the founders, Jo Sparrow and Henry Wood wanted to change that. Not only would they provide beautiful pieces of jewelry, but exceptional service as well.
Why we do it - Jewelry for us is personal. Finding the perfect piece for just the right person is the highlight of our day. We develop personal relationships with our customers because it's important to know who they are to find what they need. Where we've been - Primarily starting in watches, jewelry repair, and more classic jewelry we have expanded.

Our typical turnaround time is 7 days, and we will thoroughly clean and inspect your jewelry in addition to documenting it's value. We accept walk-ins Monday-Saturday but recommend you call or email us if you have specific or unusual questions like estate assessments. We have diamond and metal testers in house and a jeweler who can answer almost all of your questions!
