Dr. Lewis grew up playing baseball and snowboarding in a small town in the Uinta Mountains of Utah. He suffered from multiple injuries from those sports. He was prescribed various medications for his pain. There was that tipping point after I was taking multiple medications and starting to receive cortisone injections.
