I have drafted various types of agreements to help individuals with family law cases as well as dealing with business relationships. In the arena of family law, I draft prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, settlement agreements, and modification agreements. As to non-family matters, I draft agreement related to buying a business; a division of real estate property; and also handle breach of contract matters.

We handle both contested and uncontested divorces; the latter being a situation where parties agree on all issues of the divorce case. The issues of a divorce often include division of assets and debt; which requires a determination of which assets and debts are "marital" and which are "non-marital".
Modifications & Enforcement
Report
Issues such as alimony, child support, and time-sharing are the type of matters that can be modified. Child support is the easiest to modify and time sharing the most difficult. As such when you get an initial order make sure you are happy with the time-sharing agreement as it is very difficult to change; unless of course, there is language in the agreement which changes the burden of proof.
