Located just outside of Peoria, IL, this 1800-acre zoological park is home to 60 different species and over 150 animals that are or were all native to the area.
Our guests come to learn about and see wolves, bison, waterfowl, black bears, elk, otters, badgers, snakes, bobcats and more! Our available event spaces and lodging provide the backdrop for once-in-a-lifetime wedding celebrations, holiday parties, corporate events, school events and quarterly retreats.

Meat and Grain Donations

Thank you for your consideration of donating meat to help us feed our animals. Please see the different types of meat our animals enjoy and the restrictions we have to be cautious of for the safety of the animals. We understand purchasing grains is a difficult ask. For reference, Wildlife Prairie Park orders most of our grain from Akron Services, Inc. in Glasford, Illinois.

No admittance will be allowed within one hour of the listed closing time; this is to ensure our visitors will have AT LEAST one hour to enjoy the Park. Discounted rates are valid during NORMAL daytime operating hours only and cannot be applied to groups arriving in buses or who otherwise qualify for another reduced rate.
