Artist and Illustrator Deborah Toal, owner of a Frame of Mind was trained early in oil painting. She later taught herself the challenging medium of watercolor. Painting naturally brought her to picture framing where her education in design flourished. What fun my days are! I design and frame your treasures, old family photos, your child's first handprint or a once-in-a-lifetime 'hole in one' golf ball!
