Jason opened 23sbp in 1995. I have been a member of the Association of Professional Piercers since 1996. He has been an educator for the APP and BMX net (Europe). Jason served as a consult for the Oklahoma State Department of Health during the writing of the Tattoo and Piercing regulations. He continues to be a hands on piercer, you can find Jason in a piercing room, or next door at Atomic Lotus Tattoo several days a week.

23rd Street Body Piercing offers the largest selection of ASTM Certified Piercing Jewelry in Oklahoma. If a client is getting multiple piercings we discount each additional piercing fee after the first by $10 with the exception of Helix and Earlobe piercings which we reduce the piercing fee by $5 for each additional piercing.
Piercing Minors

The Minor must have a State or Government Issued photographic I.D. In the case of Earlobe Piercing the photo I.D. must be issued by a 3rd party and contain the name and photo of the child. We have to be provided with an original Birth Certificate, Adoption Papers, or Guardianship Papers showing the name of the Parent/Guardian present and also the name of the minor.
Before You Visit

Jewelry purchased from us previously needs processing before it can be used for a fresh piercing. Processing times can range from 15 to anywhere up to 45 minutes depending on the condition of the jewelry. We will not use damaged jewelry. Consent is key. If we feel that a client is being coerced into getting pierced against their will we will refuse to perform the piercing.
