Accomplished equestrian riders encounter with us, while on horse back the heart of a primeval California landscape! All rider's will be paired up with the properly fitting horse for her or his size. We ride in comfortable English style saddles- but not always following the English style riding rules!

A intermediate/ advanced riders anticipated in regular attended training sessions in equestrian horseback riding, for at least one year/ twice a week somewhere in the past!
Advanced riders do know how to, halter, saddle, blanket and so on up a horse, understand completely how to lead a horse, have fundamentals about ground work, body parts, spend hours in the saddle as a trail rider, hunter/ jumper, foxhunting, dressage rider, western rider, polo player and so on.It is also not enough- in some cases- that you own a horse, which maybe lives in your back yard.

PLEASE READ Booking Rules: Be aware, once you paid your deposit and we have you booked, there is no cancelation possible for anyone in your party, unless we can rebook your spot with another party. Your deposit, or your deposit for your canceled party is not refundable- no exceptions! If we can't rebook your canceled party we need the second payment from everyone in full for your reservation.

Running Horse Ranch locates in the rugged Angeles National Forest, a relatively short drive from Los Angeles. We are only a little bit over an hour away from famous Hollywood, as well as many other city attractions. The I 5 Freeway allows us easy access to be tour guides for our guests, and navigate our way to a lot of tourist attractions in the area.
