This place is great! I worked with Alan to get a small stainless steel plate cut for a control panel. He was most concerned about being able to do the job before moving forward. He was very professional and I'm planning to work with him on future laser projects. Just a note - If your project includes cutting into an existing product or other requests that may not come out at a high quality level Alan will have questions. (I think this is much better than plowing the laser into something and ruining it.)

Needed custom signs produced with a very tight schedule. Laser Alliance was very quick in responding, and was able to get custom material and produce the signage I needed within 24 hours. The product, packaging, and installation template definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very rude and poor service. I called for a quote on some laser cutting I would like done and help making a design, the person on the phone said they dont do that and they wont help. I asked what they needed from me and they said a design on vector format. I asked what that meant and he said if I dont know he cant help.

Had a great experience working with Alan and Laser Alliance. All communication was clear and Alan was responsive, helpful, and professional. If you love the signs that Chip and Jo put in the homes of their "Fixer Uppers", then you will love Laser Alliance. I contacted Alan and he immediately got back to me. I sent him a picture JPG and he was able to recreate perfectly. He provided me a quote (much better than other online places) and created a sample for my approval. I also had a constraint. I needed it done and shipped to my Florida home during the week I would be down there. He completed the job quickly and it arrived right on time! The packing was perfect - it kept the sign completely clean and free of any "marks or bends", and

I am one hundred percent pleased with my interaction with Laser Alliance. I approached them with a project that I had no idea of how to make happen. Alan explained all of the options and I was allowed plenty of time to consider how to move forward. When I made the decision to have my stencil made, turnaround was quick and I received a product that exceeded my hopes and expectations.
