If you're delivering insulation they take about 2 to 2 1/2 to unload they got a cement pad with a dock plate. Room to maneuver and nice people

Reyna,Sheila and Pamela (I hope that's her name because I just called her The door lady!Lol)ALL deserve a bonus AND raises!!!! These women went above &beyond to accommodate my husband and I. From touring models to final paperwork, we cannot say enough good things about them including the professionalism,hospitality and mannerisms that they have!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND LILLINGTON FACTORY EXPO!!!!!!!! If I could rate TEN STARS,I would!!!!!! These women are outstanding at their jobs,PLEASE, take a ride&go see them!!!

Do you remove old homes from the property before bringing out the new one? It will be going in the same spot. I will need to come to Lillington and meet with general manager and discuss a small one bed/ one bath single wide with her. For my disabled brother and that is one of his questions.

I was a walk in customer and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I am new to the area and my future plans completely depend on my current property selling. Timber took the time to show me several houses and explain the possible delivery times, costs and future possibilities. She answered all the questions I had at the time and never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. I highly recommend that anybody looking for a new home stop and check them out. The service was wonderful.
