The husband and wife optometric team of Dr. Jason C.W. Griffith and Dr. Stacy J. Hamlet have practiced together in Thousand Oaks since 2001. Both are graduates of the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA where they were married. Together with their children, Connor and Miranda, they welcome you to our website, our practice and our family.

Our office is on West Hillcrest Drive between McCloud Ave and Marin St. across from MOVICO Movie Theater in the Oaks Mall and right next to the Firestation. The large white office building is called the Briarwood building and it is adjacent to the smaller white Dermatology building which is right on the corner of West Hillcrest and Marin.

To assist in this process we ask for you help, please bring the following items with you for your appointment. 1 - Your most recent prescription glasses and/or written prescription. 2 - Your vision insurance card (if available) and medical insurance card, SS# and ID.
