The location doesn't get any better! You will be located 5 minutes from Bear Lake and Garden city. In the summer, you'll be just over 5 minutes to reach the dock for your day on the boat. If you choose a winter visit, you can be at the sinks for snowmobiling in less then 5 minutes or to Beaver mountain for snowboarding and skiing in 10 minutes.
