For long-range or permanent hiring needs, we offer the popular Temp-to-Hire "try before you buy" option, which gives you a 90-day evaluation period before taking the employee(s) onto your payroll.

People We Place

Temp-to-Hire (over 80 percent of our candidates go from temporary to permanent placement). After 90 days you are eligible for CTR's benefits package on the 1st of the month following 60 days of Full-Time employment. After one year of continuous employment and no more than a 30-day break between assignments, you are eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation at your average salary throughout that year.
