Janitorial Services, Inc. (JSI) was started in 1970 by Ronald Martinez Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio. It's still family-owned and operated by Ronald Martinez Jr. (President). Since 1970, we have developed a reputation of being one of Ohio's premier janitorial providers, offering high-quality cost-effective building solutions.

Our employees are our greatest resource! JSI uses a variety of recruiting methods to help us assemble the best team of cleaning professionals in the industry. We use a variety of recruiting methods - we post advertisements in local churches and newspapers and also hold job fairs several times per year.
Services

JSI employs 10 experienced fill-in personnel, for the purpose of filling in for absenteeism at various accounts. Each coverage person has been trained in all facilities in their geographic area. They report to their manager daily to receive their assignments, based on where additional employees are needed.
