Johnston Urbandale Soccer Club, Inc. (JUSC) is a not-for-profit organization offering youth soccer programs to Johnston, Urbandale and surrounding communities in Iowa since 1975. Whether your child is just starting out and wanting to try soccer for the first time, is looking to make friends and have fun playing the world's greatest game, or has ambitions of being a top player in a highly competitive environment.
JUSC has two of Iowa's best grass soccer complexes, the Johnston Soccer Complex (JSC) and the Urbandale Soccer Complex (USC). JSC and USC are professionally managed and maintained to offer a high quality and safe playing surface. Johnston Urbandale Soccer Club, Inc. (JUSC) is a not-for-profit corporation providing youth soccer programs to players in Johnston, Urbandale and surrounding communities in Iowa. JUSC began as two separate clubs, the Johnston Soccer Club and Urbandale Soccer Club. The Urbandale Soccer Club started operations in 1975, and the Johnston Soccer Club shortly after in the late 1970s.

JUSC is the soccer home for boys and girls of all ability levels. We have programs for the youngest child wanting to try soccer for the first time, programs for kids wanting to stay active, have fun and play with their friends, and programs for the child who has ambitions of being a top player in a highly competitive environment.
Volunteers

Volunteers are important to JUSC, and are necessary to deliver programs to the children in our community. If you are interested in volunteering, we could use your help - especially with coaching developmental, recreational and academy teams. Below you can find the general requirements to be a volunteer, descriptions for available volunteer positions, and instructions on how to register to volunteer.
Uniforms & Equipment

All 5U-19U players are required to purchase Johnston Urbandale Soccer Club approved uniforms to wear during games. 5U-8U developmental players will need the following: sky blue jersey, navy shorts and navy socks. 9U-19U recreational players will need the following: sky blue jersey, navy jersey, navy shorts and navy socks.
4U-8U Discovery
Report
Discovery soccer is our foundational program. It introduces 4U-8U players to the game of soccer, and teaches the game in a fun non-competitive environment to foster a passion for soccer. The program focuses on individual player development using engaging drills and short-sided games. Coach to player ratio is kept small to maximize individual interaction with these young players.
