I contacted Dixon to do a backflow test and repair a leak. After they did the work they left without talking to me. They also obviously did NOT test their work after doing it. I turned on the system and the leak was worse than before. Upon calling them, they argued with me that it wasn't possible instead of apologizing, but after some argument I got them to return. They returned and spent several hours working on it again, and left.
