He is often depicted with a rod and intertwined single serpent. He was known to be a hero and healer of humankind. The rod of Asclepius symbolizes the commitment of Physicians of Medicine to medicine by physicians.

2. Look for our invitation to our patient portal in your e-mail box (check junk mail) and complete the registration process. If your last practice has an electronic medical record, then check to see if you have access to your records through their portal. If you can't get the records, just make a request to your clinic and come see us.
