We pioneered Fresno's first outdoor escape room during the pandemic and continue to innovate with digital adaptations, escape crates, and board game tie-ins through our in-house label Griffin Games. What makes Next-Gen Escape different from other escape rooms?
We focus on original storytelling, handcrafted sets, and deep worldbuilding. Our games feature replayable mechanics and never use generic themes or repurposed spaces.
What is the recommended age for escape rooms?
Our games are designed for ages 12 and up. Younger players can participate with adult supervision, though complex puzzles may challenge younger groups.
How do I book an escape room experience?
Reservations can be made online through our booking system or by phone. We recommend booking at least three hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
Are your escape rooms accessible for people with disabilities?

So a few things to review: 1) courtesy of the staff, 2) design and aesthetic experience including the story you are working with and 3) the challenge/variety of puzzles you solve as you go. All of these matter so much, so Ill break down my comments for each:
1) From the first call with a list of questions to the wave goodbye when we finished, the staff here is extremely kind, patient, and enthusiastic about what they do. I appreciate that they were paying attention while we played and, unlike some places, didnt give us a clue without asking.

This was our second time here! And this experience was just the same as the first! Excellent! The place is super clean! And the rooms are thought out perfectly! But my favorite part is the excellent staff! They are always upbeat, and totally in character! Cant wait for the next one!

Really really good escape room. Theming is top notch. Some of the physical parts of some puzzles were a little finicky but nothing to spoil the fun. Ari was a great game master. Well be back again whenever were in town.

A terrific experience start to finish. Ari was a wonderful game master, King's Keep was so fun and engaging! You can feel the care put into the room. Would definitely recommend King's Keep to anyone.

Was so much fun! We went as a group of 4 and for some of us it was our first time in any kind of escape room. We did the Kings Keep themed one which was very creative and we escaped successfully! The puzzles were fun, not too hard but definitely challenging at times. Staff was also very friendly and supportive and put us at ease for the experience! Would definitely go again!

This was our first experience of an escape room (family of 6) and we had a blast escaping the executioner at The Kings Keep with 12 minutes to spare! The room set up was exciting and the clues and story line went very well together. Great experience for our first time and we are looking forward to our next escape room adventure! Tip for first timers: Come together and have one person read the storyline as all other participants carefully listen. Then go over the clues and work together as a team to solve all the puzzles.
