I needed a trophy for my fantasy football league so I went on line to find one and actually bought one. However I wanted to have a base on it so I looked up Western and payed them a visit. First of all, they had fantasy football trophies, WOW...and secondly they provided me with exactly what I wanted for a perpetual trophy. The owner and staff were great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and wanting to make me a pleased customer...KUDOS TO THESE GUYS!!!

When I called the store, the person on the phone with me was very rude, and acted like she did not want my business. I did not feel comfortable. She said she would have wanted I wanted done the next day, its been 3 days since, and I havent heard anything. I feel disgusted that I was lied to, not treated like I was important, and that I have not been communicated with.

Plaques are nice but absolutely expensive. Didnt tell me about the additional costs per word or letter before I ordered it and the price was crazy more than what I anticipated. Wont go back. Rip off.
