Parts & Labor Brewing Co. handcrafts all its beers inside the doors of a renovated, century- old Cadillac dealership repair shop. It's been a few years since those cars have rolled out of here, but owners Dylan & Kimberly Harford keep the memory alive with a vintage shop vibe and beers that have won them both the hearts of many locals, as well as some pretty prestigious recognition within the craft beer culture.
When you only have one mug- coffee or beer? How 'bout both. We fermented our classic kolsch with some arabica for a mellow coffee or a high-octane beer. Whatever you call it, it makes for a great day. Featuring locally sourced wheat from the Haas family, this beer is light-bodied and its aromatic yeast yields a light, often fruity character and inherent cloudiness.

A classic Farmhouse using French Saison yeast, this one is a little grassy, a little funky, a little fruity and a little peppery all imparted by the yeast. No adjuncts, no funny business, just a good, pale, crisp farmhouse for the early spring season. A rich, malty unfiltered dark wheat, this traditional German beer features notes of banana and clove.

Please note that as we don't close to the public during these events, we limit the number of guests to 40. This is the most we can accommodate comfortably while still servicing other patrons.
