Our CNC turning centers with 3J collet chucks handle bar stock up to 3" diameter, minimizing setup times while maintaining tight tolerances. Integrated bar feeders and part catchers enable efficient production of complex components for medical and industrial applications. Capable of handling both prototyping and high-volume runs with 10" chucking capacity.
CNC Milling
Advanced vertical machining centers process 3D models with capabilities spanning profiling, drilling, and threading. Our HAAS VF-series mills with CAT 40 tooling deliver precision across 30"-50" X/Y travel ranges. Equipped with tool/part probing systems and 4th-axis capabilities for complex geometries in aerospace and defense components.
