An overgrown or poorly designed sprinkler system wastes a lot of water. Customers try to provide enough moisture to dry spots in the yard and in the process overwater the rest of the landscape. A well-designed sprinkler system has plenty of sprinkler heads to accommodate plant growth and will only need to be on for a short time since all areas will be watered evenly.
Backflow Testing

Clean drinking water is taken for granted in most parts of our country. One safeguard in place is backflow prevention. Wherever contaminated water could flow back into our drinking water, backflow prevention is needed and required. Fertilizer, dirt and other contaminates in the landscape can, under certain circumstances, get into the neighborhood water supply.

Landmark Irrigation installed our in ground sprinkler system about 25 years ago and we have retained them for maintenance, back-flow testing , winterizing our system all these years. I love that they are reliable, conscientious, and extremely helpful if I ever need help to reset my watering schedule, or tweaking the system here or there as we add to our garden.. I appreciate having this company service our home.

Since Landmark installed my system in 2013, I have had them continue to perform recommended maintenance every year. The system is perfect. The people are great and very accommodating. Their drivers can't obey simple traffic logs like running with headlights and inclement weather I you fog that 200' and makes and we go U turns in front of traffic almost causing an accident with someone pulling a trailer so if they do this in public what kind of service today provide when they're in the privacy of your yard for your home if you can't expect them to have the integrity when they're being watched how can they have integrity when they're not

Landmark did a great job of designing and installing our entire irrigation system about 10 years ago. I decided to have them do the twice-annual maintenance routines, and they have also done a handful of repairs and changes for us. They don't charge much and they are very reliable. I recommend them for anyone considering an irrigation project--they are the best!

Mark is a pro who's been at it for years. They use top quality products and have good people doing the work. We've used them for a sprinkler installation and repair (of another firm's system and a part I broke). Probably not the cheapest in town but who wants cheap underground stuff that's expensive to fix? Worth the money.
