Asphalt Milling
Asphalt milling removes damaged surface layers while preserving the base, offering a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution for restoring pavements. Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures precision and minimal disruption, ideal for commercial properties in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Columbia. This process recycles materials, improves drainage, and extends pavement lifespan.
Full Depth Reclamation
Full-depth reclamation pulverizes existing pavement and subbase to create a durable foundation for new surfaces. This method addresses structural issues, reduces material waste, and lowers costs compared to full replacement. Its ideal for severely damaged roads and parking lots across the Carolinas.
ADA Compliance
Our ADA-compliant parking lots and ramps ensure legal compliance and accessibility for all users. We install proper striping, signage, and curb ramps to enhance safety, reduce liability, and improve customer experience for businesses in Charlotte and beyond.
Concrete Paving
We provide durable concrete solutions for sidewalks, loading docks, and ADA-compliant entryways. Our installations prioritize load-bearing capacity, minimal maintenance, and adherence to regional codes, serving commercial, industrial, and municipal clients across North and South Carolina.
Crack Filling
Crack filling prevents water infiltration and prolongs pavement life by sealing surface cracks. This affordable, proactive service eliminates trip hazards, enhances curb appeal, and delays costly repairs for commercial properties in high-traffic areas.

Had the pleasure of having a encounter with Carolina Asphalt early in 2020. The driver of the dump truck with trailer behind pulls up blocking the part of business he was wanting air from and then blocking 3 parking spots and a bay with a customers vehicle inside ready to be backed out. After being told to move around back from the owner of the business he was wanting the free air from, he still refused to move and demanding air. This is where my view of the business was formed and my decision to leave a review. He argues with me that he isnt in the way and Im not about to back the customers

Encountered Carolina Asphalt on 11-21-18 in Spartanburg SC where they were working on a parking lot at Cedar Springs Road. Of the 3 entrances to the working area, only one was blocked, a small orange cone 12" high sat to the left side of the second and the third was not marked or flagged in any manner. A word of caution, do not try to inform the Backhoe operator that the entrance is not blocked and that is why there are cars going through the work area because the only response you will get is "Get the F*** out of here". Business owners be advised if you have thoughts of contracting with them unless
