I became employed with AMS just a few months ago. I work for another agency, but needed a few more hours during the summer before I return to school to obtain my RN degree. I knew this was a different kind of employer before I was ever hired. At my interview, the staff gathered in the reception area to pray for a nurse that had an ill child in the hospital. The staff told me their employees were their family. They have prayed for me and my family (my anxiety of returning to school, a cancer diagnosis in our family, and more). I feel the prayers even when I dont ask for them. They are super supportive

Great travel nurse/CNA agency. The owner is Sonia. Very selective in hiring process as they only work some of the top ranked nurses and CNA'S in central Arkansas.
