Dr. Michael H. Rizkalla founded Revive Spine and Pain Center in 2017 on the basis of providing a unique and thorough patient centered approach to acute and chronic pain. Dr. Rizkalla is fellowship trained in interventional pain management and is double boarded in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
