Innova Primary Care is In-Network for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, HealthSpring and PEEHIP. Patients with other insurance or no insurance will pay for their appointment in full at check-in and may file the Super-Bill with their insurer afterward for partial reimbursement. Innova Primary Care DOES NOT prescribe chronic pain medication or treat anxiety/insomnia with daily benzodiazepines (like Xanax or Klonopin).

Covered Services include services provided by Innova such as office visits, immunizations, stitches, cryotherapy and other medical services that are covered by your health care plan. Your insurance may pay for a portion of these services based on the unique terms and conditions of your health plan, patients are responsible for the portion of these costs that your insurance specifies.

Now that you have been accepted as a patient, we would like you to know what you need for your appointment and what to expect. When you come into Innova Primary Care for the first time you will be greeted by our Guest Receptionist, who will be happy to help you. You will be asked for your DL and Insurance cards to scan into your chart.

Lab Services

We have a Labcorp owned and operated lab within our facility as a convenience to our patients. Patients having their Annual Wellness Visits and Same Day Sick Visits at our office that require labs to be drawn can have their blood drawn while they are here in the office as a convenience to you. All lab services performed by Labcorp are billed out to your insurance company by Labcorp and not Innova Primary Care.
