Literacy Innovations, LLC was founded by Ebony T. Donley, a public school teacher with 15 years experience. While working with the middle grades, Ms. Donley realized that many learners required explicit, direct instruction in basic literacy and math skills. She felt empowered and inspired to create a program that would improve all aspects of reading and math development for the learners.
The goal of Literacy Innovations is to provide the learners with a solid foundation while on their way to academic excellence. Ms. Donley earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Baldwin Wallace College in 2000 and a Master's degree in Education from Cleveland State University in 2005. Ms. Donley currently holds valid Ohio teaching licenses in Special Education K-12, Elementary 1-8 and a Reading Endorsement K-12.
