What are the age requirements for tanning?
Clients must be 18+ to tan without consent. Ages 13-17 require parental consent. UV-free treatments are available without age restrictions.
Do I need an appointment for tanning services?
No appointments are required. Walk-ins are welcome during operating hours for all tanning and spray tan sessions.
Can I tan if I'm pregnant?
UV-free treatments are recommended during pregnancy. We can freeze packages for expecting clients while they use safe alternatives.
How do I prevent orange tones in spray tans?
Our staff selects the proper DHA solution shade for your skin tone. The Mystic Kyss system ensures even application to avoid unnatural coloring.
What payment options are available?

Went here for the first time and was pleasantly impressed with the customer service the owner Paul was there and throughly explained the bed and all their packages and lotion buys. Very friendly and plan to go back after my vacation to even out my tan.

Not impressed with the customer service here. I came in on a Saturday and had never been here or done a spray tan before in my life. I was hoping for some tips or instructions on what to do or for her to make sure I had followed some kind of guidelines to insure that my tan set afterwards. Nothing. She did try to sell me some package though. I went into the booth not knowing if I had done it right and left worried that I just wasted my money. I won't be back.

Theres better places to get a spray tan. I was a Mystic Tan customer at the Gate Parkway location and was bummed to show up there a month or two ago to see an empty space where Four Seasons was. No notification on the app (in fact, today it still shows theyre located there and open!) and I dont recall any email saying the location was going to close at all. Not sure how Beach Blvd location is, but there almost always seemed to be an issue with their old Mystic bed at Gate location, and the new one didnt give an even spray in my opinion. Bummer.

The place is never over packed. Its always clean but more importantly the crew that run the place. Hands down best costumer service. They're genuinely friendly not the friendly cuz I have to make money but genuinely happy to be at work and friendly best attitudes always got something nice to say Remember You by name and it don't matter what day I go who's working it's always the same

I'm a snob when it comes to tanning as I was an employee and manager at one point of a tanning salon before my new profession. This location gave me what I needed at the time. Not the best place I've ever been but by far not the worst. The level 2 beds are worth the money. The most redeeming quality of this salon is that they carry designer skin products which I truly believe have the ability to make or break your tanning experience. Front desk girl was very nice and still stayed calm while helping my friend and I even when the lobby got busy. I bought a week of level two tanning and

Paul, Lindsay and Robin were all amazing here. None of them were pushy at all. Robin helped me over the phone with all my questions before I came in. Paul helped me set my account up, and when I did come in, Lindsay helped me when it was my first time tanning (in years!). I got the "Level 1 - 1 Month" package for the month of February. Went MWF, never burned, and had a great base tan before my trip at the end of the month. Super friendly salon and was very clean!!!
