Zach was really helpful and fully explained the differences between the different BBQ options. He also helped us with an outdoor fireplace unit.
Zach was off when we came back, so Andy finished up. Same great service and made sure we had all of the parts needed. Great service, professional, and knowledgeable.

Recently ordered a custom fireplace. On the first day of delivery we realized the custom sink did not fit and the hole was 1/4 too wide for the sink. The sink did not fit without seeing extras space in the corners. We were told the installers could install the sink and use grout to fill in the extra space. After the sink was installed, we realized the face of the sink had been scratched after it was placed on top of the counter upside down and moved around while putting on the brackets. The sink was left with multiple scratches, which we were told we could buff out. I dont feel I should have

We love our new fireplace. Andy went the extra mile for us from start to finish. Of course we thought we wanted the bigger model but after talking to Andy about our home space he helped us realize the smaller version of the Marquis would generate plenty of heat. He was 100% on the mark steering us in the right direction. If we went with the bigger version we would barely be able to use the fireplace.
Custom Fireplace's Installers Forest and Mike were courteous and professional and went out of there way to help installing a mantle along with everything they needed to do with the initial installation
