For family law cases, a retainer is set at the end of your consult. Each retainer is different based on the needs, court settings, complexity of the case, etc. For estate planning cases, there is only a flat fee for estate planning services. Please contact us for estate planning package options. In the state of Texas, the divorce may not be made final until at least 60 days after the divorce petition has been filed with the Court.
