Kreimer's Karate Institute
Students will learn the Art of Self Defense as well as master various weapons such as the nunchaku, bo, sai, kama, tonfa, escrima, and sword. All Classes are taught by two generations of certified Instructors who will guide each student through each program and level with praise, discipline and encouragement.

Kreimer's Karate will help you or your child reach your goals, whether it's learning Self Defense, getting Physically Fit, Building Self-Esteem and Self Confidence. Kreimer's Karate Frederick facility is 3,600 square foot with 2,000 square feet of open workout area on a suspension floor. There are speed bags, heavy bags, striking balls, focus mits, kicking shields as well as blockers and other equipment to help with your training.

Ralph F. Kreimer began teaching in 1976 and opened his first school in 1978. From 1980 through 1989, he was the Chief instructor of the YMCA's karate program until the Spring of 1989 when he opened Kreimer's Karate Institute, Inc. in Frederick, Maryland. Grandmaster Kreimer provided his facility in 1995 to train the recruits of the Frederick County Criminal Justice academy.

Q: My child is already very energetic and I am afraid that he or she will use these newly acquired skills to hurt someone. What do you do about this? A: Proper ethics are taught at all Kreimer's Karate. Students are taught never to practice on their brother, sister, neighbors, and especially on anyone in the school yard.
