I don't usually put my business out for everyone to see, but I want to warn other individuals that might go to Techxpress at 4501 Stine Rd #205, Steven and the other owners are nothing but crooks! I purchased a computer from them when the pandemic was in full swing I thought helping out a small business owner in our community and in my own neighborhood would help these businesses survive, I couldn't of been more wrong in my decision. I purchased a PC from them I explained what I needed to the Tech, well I brought the computer home and I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi I called them

Downright Miserable Company...They had me waiting 3hrs for an in home service call and couldn't rectify the problem,so they held me hostage by removing the monitor system and brought it back the next day and I still can't access my system...I've called and they block my number and I've requested the owner 5 times to call me back and never has done so...To add insult to injury they bilked me out of 160.00 for the Inconvenience...

Was having hardware & performance issues with my 2015 MacBook Pro, so I decided to drop by the store to get my laptop worked on, They gave me solutions for what they can do for my laptop and I dropped it off. They were able to fix the hardware and performance issues I was having for a week now and its running better than ever. Great customer service! Nice staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful! They do a full diagnostic on your computer for 25$ then let you know the price of the repairs needed before doing any work. They take the 25$ off the final price. The prices are way better than Best Buy, but they are just as knowledgeable! Very good company. It’s high class hometown service!

I have been working with This Company for over 2 years and I tell you they have done nothing less than perfect! They are so professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and most importantly reliable, they have came out on a Sunday when it was that same day I asked them to come out, they really go out of their way to help you out and nothing is impossible for them! I love it when businesses have their hours of operation posted in big letters right on the door, and then without notice they're closed.
Went out of my way today because I need my phone fixed, and ended up making an uncessesary trip...What's more, once I made sure I came on a day they're supposed to be open (Yelp even says they're still open) I called them (arrived more than an hour before closing time), but the phone kept ringing (not even an answering machine). Will probably be taking my business somewhere else!

Tech Express is the best in the business! They are extremely Knowledgeable, professional and price competitive and can do any technical work sales, service, installs, repairs. I took an old laptop to them to have it repaired a couple of days ago.
I'm pretty knowledgeable with computers, but decided to have someone else repair it.
I'm glad that I chose this place.
I dealt with a guy named Kyle, and I could tell by listening to him that he was infinitely more knowledgeable than I am in computers.
In addition, he was friendly, thorough, price was reasonable and my computer was repaired in a timely manner.
Without hesitation, I will go back for future computer needs.

Tech Xpress was a fantastic company. I used them to set up the server in our office, to install a phone system, to install security cameras, and to build computers for my entire office. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I even paid them to run network cables to each room, so that the internet would run really fast.

This is the most expensive shop. They tell different price on phone but when you go they are even more expensive. Every week you ask price they will increase.
I had not once or twice but thrice bad experience with them and then I searched new shop online which is much cheaper and they are much nicer.
The lady at front desk never greets or smiles instead always stressed and tensed.

I took my laptop originally in for a screen replacement, and I was very happy about the finished product and pricing, but I did have some concerns. They ordered the piece, and realized they got the wrong screen, so they had to reorder the piece. I got the laptop back and two days later took it back with a different issue (that I never had until I picked it up), so I took it back and another piece broke, so they ordered the piece, and again the wrong piece was ordered, so I had to wait until the piece came in. I do understand that mistakes happen. Although I did have some issues, I can say they
