Services
Air Duct Cleaning
Our HEPA-AIRE system thoroughly cleans residential and commercial HVAC ducts using patented vacuum technology and 360-degree nozzles. This removes dust, allergens, and contaminants that affect air quality and system efficiency. The process includes drilling access holes, dislodging debris with high-velocity air, and HEPA filtration to capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.
Indoor Air Quality Assessment
We conduct comprehensive evaluations of indoor air quality by inspecting for common pollutants like pet dander, mold, and chemical residues. Our assessment identifies contamination sources and recommends specific cleaning protocols. This service helps allergy sufferers and improves overall building health through targeted duct system interventions.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our technicians clean dryer exhaust systems to remove lint buildup that creates fire hazards and reduces appliance efficiency. The process improves airflow, lowers energy costs, and extends dryer lifespan. We use specialized equipment to reach entire vent systems while minimizing property disruption during service.
Video Camera Inspections
We use remote cameras to visually inspect hard-to-reach duct areas before cleaning. This identifies contamination levels, structural issues, and optimal cleaning approaches. The inspection provides customers with documented evidence of system conditions and helps ensure complete contaminant removal during the cleaning process.
Drywall Patching
Our technicians perform drywall repairs needed after duct system access or maintenance. We patch and texture walls to match existing surfaces, ensuring minimal visible disruption from necessary HVAC servicing. This service maintains property aesthetics while allowing complete duct system maintenance.
