Maxie's was established in 1956 by Max Sr., and was originally located on Main Street in downtown Twin Falls. At the time, Maxie's was a small "Mom and Pop" operation, selling a very modest variety of pizzas. But the word spread like wildfire, as customers discovered just what made Maxie's pizza so special, growth came rapidly.

Choice Of Sauce: Marinara, Rich Meat, Garlic Seasoned Butter, Zesty Italian Sausage, Red Mushroom, Italian Meatball in Marinara Sauce. Rolled pasta, stuffed with ricotta and cream cheeses, covered with our marinara sauce and Romano cheese.
