I tried to call this business and let them know i was going to be late due to the fact my uber took me to the wrong destination. Not only did i call but my boyfriend and friend called from their phones trying to get in touch with them. No one could get an answer yet they charged me $50. I understand i was late and would be charged a late fee but when i try to get in contact with you multiple times and theres no one answering, I find it very unprofessional

I just had my lashes done at Flawless by Acadia. I am so happy the service was great and my lashes look FANTASTIC! Since moving back to Cleveland from NYC I have had a hard time finding a premier lash salon. Thankfully my search is over. Acadia is a real pro and she really takes her time to ensure that your lashes really are "flawless". I can be a little squeamish but Acadia has a really light touch, I even fell asleep during the service which never happens. I just wish I would have found her sooner and not wasted my money at the other salons. As long as I remain in Cleveland, Flawless will be
