Services
Lawn Mowing
Regular lawn mowing ensures grass is cut to the proper height while maintaining even growth and clean edges. Our team follows customized schedules, adjusting cutting heights to promote healthy growth and reduce stress on your lawn. Proper mowing techniques prevent common lawn problems, such as uneven growth or thinning patches, while encouraging a thick, resilient turf.
Mosquito Control
Mosquito Control treatments reduce the risk of disease and make outdoor activities more enjoyable. Our licensed technicians use proven methods to target breeding areas and adult mosquitoes while keeping your lawn and landscaping safe. Recurring treatments ensure long-term protection, maintaining a mosquito-free yard throughout the season.
Irrigation Services
Professional irrigation services ensure efficient water distribution for a healthy lawn. Our licensed technicians handle system startup, maintenance, winterization, and repairs. Seasonal inspections and adjustments prevent water waste, improve system performance, and protect your landscape from preventable damage year-round.
Snow Removal
Residential and commercial snow removal services keep properties safe and accessible. Our 24/7 snow team provides driveway plowing, walkway clearing, and de-icing with side-to-side coverage. Email alerts and automatic service ensure timely response to every snow event without the need for repeated calls.
Seasonal Clean Up
Spring and fall cleanups prepare properties for seasonal changes. Services include debris removal, leaf raking, gutter cleaning, and lawn aeration. These solutions protect landscapes from winter damage, promote healthy growth in spring, and maintain curb appeal throughout the year.

Great service! Was very nervous that my in-ground irrigation system was destroyed, but they were able to fix all the problems and now my sprinklers are worker better than they ever did before. Huge Relief!

They have been a pleasure to work with. Damon got our irrigation system back up and running and was able to walk us through how to use it. Their Fertilizer techs are good. Had a bunch of weeds a few months ago and now nothing but good looking grass. Thank you again for everything!

Retained this property care company to service the home of a military family while deployed; vendor cared for the lawn and snow removal of the home with professionalism and exceptional quality, heading to the home on schedule or immediately after a snow event without our request - the peace of mind provided to the service member's family during this time was invaluable to them. Owner was exceptional with communication, speaking directly to the customer to ensure satisfaction and care, professional, kind and very friendly accommodating our requests. We thank Specialized for their partnership in

We love Specialized Property Care! We tried two different yard care companies and we weren't satisfied with their weed control or their customer service. Specialized Property Care not only delivers on service, they also do a great job keeping our yard in great shape!! They also are fantastic with snow removal. I love that I can call them when I need them or for an entire season.
