Very, very disappointed :( I called about a wood trim material for windows headers. The owner said they can do it, and I followed up with exact specs in an email. Then I waited for 2 weeks!!! for a quote asking about it 3 times, only to be told after the third reminder that they cannot supply this material. They wasted my time and when I called to complain Lindsey hung up on me. That's not how you treat customers!!!

They did a great job on some half logs I used for stair treads in my log home. Also got some log siding that worked out great. Nice family owned business that does a good job getting exactly what you need.

I found some of the best products on the market are from family businesses. If you want a great product you need to have a little patience, for good work takes time, and a skill set that many don't have. Hester log and lumber has always been my go-to for quality wood products. Hand sewn, rough cut, or any other mix of lumber. I have a beautiful Trophy Room with tongue and groove, and look forward to updating a cabin with pine beetle tongue and groove.

I asked to have a small order of wood cut for custom railing that I am working on. I was quoted 2 weeks. Week 3, I hear nothing. I call to inquire what was going on. I was told she would check on the order and then call me back. I hear nothing back. Week 4, I call to inquire. I was told my order was too small to fit into the schedule. I was able to find another wood worker who cut the wood for me in an hour. Hesters call me the next day to tell me that wood was finally cut and then became rude when I told her I no longer needed the wood because it took 4 weeks. She ended the conversation that I
