Gymcats
This month we are spotlighting our Preschool Director Kim Graham. She has been coaching at Gymcats since 2003, which makes her the most senior coach at Gymcats. Girls Team Head Coach This Month we are spotlighting our girls team head coach Jenny Benning. 3 Questions to Ask Yourself when Setting a Fitness Goal by Patrick Wood, ATC, CSCS One of the hardest questions to answer in fitness is, "What's next?"

We definitely want to encourage safety first and enjoyment in gymnastics. If your child is enjoying gymnastics, then they will improve faster. Encouraging stretching while watching TV and games to make building strength fun is a good start! With our preschool aged children we discourage moving up into a class with older kids.

Careers
Report
Gymcats is always seeking great people to join our staff! If you love kids and teaching, are hard working and conscientious, Gymcats might be the place for you to work. It is very rewarding to boost kids' confidence and give them a positive, safe place to learn gymnastics. We have an excellent staff that is great at training our new coaches on how to teach progressive gymnastics skills, spotting, class management and safety!
Ninja Zone
Report
Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children advance and learn at their own pace.
