I sent them two emails. One before my exam and one after. They did not respond to either. Benn a few weeks. Still no reply. Guy that gave the exam had a constant smirk on his face. I kind a felt uncomfortable.

Awesome! My husband and I are from out of state. He was having problems with his hearing aid. They fixed it right away and no charge. Staff was great. I would go to them if we lived here again. Excellent customer service from a person who worked in customer service for over 40 years. Give them a call
