I couldn't be happier with my diamond ring. Claudia from customer support answered all of my many questions. I finally decided on a ring and it's spectacular! Purchased an engagement ring. Comparable rings at local stores were anywhere from 20-50% higher cost. This allowed me to get a much nicer ring within my budget. My Fianc loves the ring and everyone tells me how great of a job I did picking it out. I've had several friends ask me where I purchased from and I've told them I highly recommend With Clarity for budget and value.

I got my engagement ring and wedding band from With Clarity and had a wonderful experience. The packaging was lovely, pricing was reasonable, and because I bought a wedding band that wasnt an exact match, they emailed me beforehand to reconfirm my choice. I would definitely order other jewelry from them again.

Purchased a beautiful 1.3 diamond pendant necklace. The end product is gorgeous, but I ended up purchasing my own chain since the chain it came with was rather flimsy. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars, I had an online conversation with a rep about the chain and was reassured it would be sufficient. The site is definitely geared more towards rings so navigation was a little cumbersome, but an online chat feature made it easier.
