We have lived in several other downtown apartment facilities and let me tell you. We love our new home at Colorado Derby Lofts. Both our neighbors and the staff are warm and caring. The amenities are awesome, the rooftop pool, fire pit and grill, the dog wash, the gym. The building is clean and comfortable. We love it here.

I live on the 7th floor and these pictures I have been able to capture with the views are my favorite. My hallway always smells good and they do such a great job at keeping it clean. The YMCA is only 6 min away but when you don’t feel like going there, you can just workout here at their 24/7 gym. Angelique has always been so quick to answer my emails and maintenance is on top of things. I have honestly enjoyed it here. In the summer I would eat dinner at the rooftop and enjoy the sunset. The pool is perfect for tanning and just relaxing. The gated parking makes me feel better about my car being

I moved on to the CDL this summer & have enjoyed life in this quiet complex. With gated parking (& garage/underground available for fee), updated kitchen, in apartment laundry, & gorgeous views (think nearly floor to ceiling windows), it's a nice safe place to be downtown. Utilities are affordable (mine have never hit $100). Staff is friendly & helpful. Neighbors are great too. And one visit to the rooftop pool, grill, or firepit area will leave no question as to whether you want to call CDL home!

I’ve enjoyed the location and space here at Colorado Derby. It’s well priced for the area with various parking options. Washer dryer in the unit is a great perk too.
The rooftop area is a nice place to enjoy the sunshine. The location is prime for all the running paths & coffee shops I enjoy. Residents are nice and respectful. Fairly quiet community with a variety of people.
