Special Projects
Report
Everyone has seen them, even touched them without much thought of how they come to be. Traditionally, the buttons are mechanically engraved, filled with black paint and sealed with clear lacquer. It is very labor intensive and expensive. Our customer came to us because they were looking for a faster, easier, and cheaper solution.
Calibrated Banding
Report
Nitor is well-equipped to accommodate a wide array of shapes and sizes. Precision along with a highly repeatable process for high quantity runs and key to our success. All marks are "annealed" meaning there is no depth or penetration into the part so tissue capture is not an issue. And with our special cleaning process, autoclave cycles do not cause localized oxidation.
