On the commute home today I watched a guy in an F-250 company truck for these guys drive completely reckless in congested traffic on 17 and 41. Swerving in and out of lanes, cutting people off, flying up to the portion of 41 that terminates into one lane completely disregarding the concept of zippering in. A real gem here, folks. The last three digits of the plate were 041. Probably not the smartest thing to do when you're in a company vehicle!

Three punch list items cost me 2300.00! Wire shelving in a closet, two small half cabinets remove and a dryer vent installed. took them 24.5 hours to do something that should have taken a day and a half. Buyer beware!!!!

If youre looking for quick responses, courteous technicians, and quality work to be done, then you have to call Island Maintenance. Ive used other maintenance companies in the past and never have I gotten the level of service that Island Maintenance provides. I wont use anyone else in the future. Thanks guys!

I was so impressed with the courteous and professional technicians who not only did their job, but went above and beyond the call of duty. While replacing our water heater in the attic, the technician caught a potential fire hazard and without hesitation, took care to resolve the issue. That's service! Thank you Island Maintenance for the exceptional care you took to install our water heater, but above all for looking out for our well-being!
