I love the structure of the company as well as the higher leadership within the company, they are always able to be contacted for questions and concerns. As far as a work/ home life it is a great schedule with great pay. And the company is always willing to bend over backwards to help out it's associates.

Place is really sketchy. I worked at a warehouse called lanter everything ran smoothly until American lumper took over. They will treat you like slaves. Do not work for these people.
