Brandon Paul apprenticed 6 days a week for 5 years in Florida under master tattoo artist Bill Honnong. He then traveled nationwide, tattooing in various places including Montana and Myrtle Beach before settling in Asheville, NC, in 2000. In 2004, he opened Aacross The Skin Tattoo - a custom tattoo and piercing studio.

Born and raised right here in Asheville, NC, Christopher Wilkins is learning the art and trade of tattooing under the guidance of Aacross The Skin Tattoo Studio owner Brandon Paul. Always involved in art and inspired by horror and comic books, Christopher started coming to the shop when he was 17. When he decided to become a custom tattoo artist, he was taken under Brandon's wing.

Walk into Aacross The Skin Tattoo Studio and walk out with a beautiful, new body piercing. Our clean and sanitary shop provides full body service, with jewelry provided on-site. Every piercing uses 3.16L surgical-implant-grade steel and is performed by shop owner Brandon Paul. You'll receive aftercare instructions, and we also provide piercing cleanings.
