What we enjoy about doing income tax work is finding ways to save our clients money. We take an overall view of our returns and make sure the numbers and their relationships make sense and are not the kind of statistical outliers that can needlessly produce a higher audit profile. Audit profile is what we consider to be certain items and their relationships to other numbers on a tax return that increase a taxpayer's risk of an audit.
