These low-key, no pressure sessions let you meet with Dr. Weiss and Diane, our Parenting, Child Development and Pediatric Sleep Specialist, for an informal, interactive discussion. You'll learn about. Be sure to complete and sign our Immunization Policy, and return it to us prior to your baby's birth.

Federal law requires that before a child receives a dose of certain vaccines, the child's parents, caregivers, or legal representatives must receive copies of Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) prepared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
