I wish I could give this complex less than one star. I have been a resident of Walden Creek for 2 years and I have had so many problems. Flooded bathroom for the toilet not being properly sealed from a maintenance request check in, a flooded kitchen from the dishwasher drain hose not being hooked up because the maintenance staff had another unit to attend to, no hot water for 2 weeks because the water heater was broken and it took 3 requests to get a new unit, oh and no air conditioning because that unit broke as well and took two maintenance calls to fix. The leasing office staff is RUDE

I saw an open slot on the bottom floor for Walden Creek on apartments dot com and reserved it a couple of months ahead of time. I talked to one of my friends that has lived here for a while and he really liked it so I gave it a shot. I am very glad that I did. Being that this is one of the most competitively priced apartment complex paired with the fact that it has about everything you might want from a pool, pool table, workout room to a walking trial with a doggie park.. My fiance and I were so excited to join the Walden community after our application had been approved. A few weeks went by without any email from management, so we called the next morning to ask if our proof of income had processed and if we needed to provide any further information prior to our move in date. An intern answered the phone and told us that that we were good to go, but that her supervisor would give us a call back that day. We didn't receive a call back, so we called again a few days later to the same intern who said again, that her supervisor was out, but she would call us back within

This is a scam. This complex have their modus. To advertise they have units available and keep getting applicants. And of couse there all these application fees and it's non refundable. That's how they'll get you. And people pay and expect they could get the unit but have no idea this is only part of their modus operandi.
